DGE3 Investment is a multi-strategy alternative investment firm with offices in Warsaw, Prague, and Abu Dhabi. We deploy capital across early-stage venture, strategic real estate and land acquisition, intellectual property portfolios, and emerging technology - building a diversified book anchored in long-term value creation rather than short-cycle fund economics.
We operate as active investors and operators. Beyond equity in high-growth startups, DGE3 directly acquires and finances land and commercial assets in high-growth corridors, purchases and monetizes IP portfolios including patents, trademarks, and copyrights, and co-invests alongside strategic partners in new technology deployments.
DGE3 deploys capital across four distinct asset classes - each selected for structural defensibility, asymmetric return potential, and strategic fit with our geographic presence in Central Europe, the Gulf, and emerging markets.
